Background

The International Forum on Frontiers in Development Economics and International Development Experience (2026): Pathways to Inclusive and Sustainable Development in an Era of Rapid Technological Disruption will bring together leading scholars, early-career researchers, and policy practitioners to share cutting-edge research in development economics, including studies on inclusive growth, income distribution, wealth inequality, public expenditure and related policy evaluation.

Topics

We invite submissions of original research papers addressing topics including (but not limited to):

·New perspectives and approaches to development;

·Assessing inclusive and sustainable development from social and economic perspectives, including population, income distribution, household consumption, employment, education, health, social protection, energy, and the environment;

·Evaluating public finance and development policies at the local and national levels in relation to these social and economic dimensions;

·Exploring and applying new research methods, new data, and new technologies in these areas of research.

Additional Information:

The registration fee is 90 USD (or 600 RMB) for faculty/professionals and 45 USD (or 300 RMB) for students. This fee includes symposium materials, meals, and coffee breaks for both days. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation expenses.
